Gardening journal
Follow my illustrated gardening journal on instagram. I will be illustrating work in the garden throughout the year from preparing the flower and vegetable beds, to sowing, growing the plants. Hopefully with care and a bit of luck, collect a good harvest. I love to grow cut flowers, veggies and herbs sustainably without pesticides, using organic methods such as bio control and peat free compost.

Mini Zines to print, assemble and colour
I created educational diy mini zines for The Heritage Lottery Funded, Tunbridge Wells based Cross Pollination Project. Each mini zine raises an awareness on the importance of pollinators. Simply download the pdf to print at home. The pdf can be found on the Cross Pollination Project website. Each zine(four zines in total) is easy to assemble by simply downloading the pdf and printing onto an A4 sized paper. Follow the website page instructions on how to cut and fold the paper to make a mini zine. The zine can be stitched together and coloured by hand.
The images below are an overview showing the content of the mini zines that can be downloaded and printed from the Cross Pollination Project website.

Cross Pollination Project
I designed the logo and I am a co-creator of the Heritage Lottery funded CPP. The aims of the project is the conservation of pollinating insects by means of scientific study, raising awareness of the plight of bees and initiating pro-action to create a tapestry of bee friendly plants in urban and suburban settings. Through collaboration the project will cross-pollinate knowledge
and skills by the means of science, conservation and art to ensure that the significance of these vitally important species is maintained. For more info, click here.

When the Change Came
I often collaborate with writers because words and images can be powerful and emotive when combined. Poet Steve Walter asked me to illustrate one of his poems for his pamphlet front cover.
